Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms at the front of the hotel are lovely, with very comfy beds, excellent air con, good WiFi, and brilliant showers. They were also very clean with nice street views. The service by the staff was one of the best I've experienced in my travels - really friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be beat, right across from the boat taxi stop, which was so convenient for my evening arrival from the airport, and just a short walk to St Mark's square. Overall, the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only downside was the dining experience, as it could have offered a more varied and better quality selection of food.
My stay was a mix of highs and lows. The room facing the Venice Lagoon offered a stunning view, but the bar below caused a lot of noise late into the night. Regardless, the room was clean, bright, and had excellent air conditioning. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being less friendly, but others went above and beyond to accommodate us. The hotel's location was unbeatable, right on the canal with easy access to the airport boat and a short walk to St Marks Square. The dining experience was satisfactory but a bit chaotic, with slow service at times. Despite its minor flaws, the facilities were functional and met our needs during the stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were slightly narrow and lower in height but perfectly clean. The front desk was not responsive to issues like WiFi and noise, which was a letdown. On the bright side, my room was very quiet and even had a little cosy terrace.
The hotel's location is absolutely awesome, right next to St Mark's Square, making it a perfect central spot for exploring the city. The rooms, especially the attic room with both Lagoon and Court views, were small but comfortable for a short stay. The service, particularly the morning shift reception, was very accommodating and helpful. The dining options had room for improvement, starting a bit later in the morning. The hotel's facilities were adequate but could be enhanced.
The hotel is located in the best area of Venice, right on the Grand Canal with beautiful views. The rooms are well-equipped with free tea and coffee, lots of amenities, and a balcony with air conditioning. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the warning about possible flooding shows great care. The dining, however, feels like a canteen style with limited choices. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes from St Mark's Square, but avoiding the Annex is advisable.
I had a great view of the water and the room was surprisingly quiet at night despite being in a touristy area. The tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch, but the bathrooms were a bit small and only one bedside table provided.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with stunning views over the water from my room. The shower was fantastic, and the room, albeit small as expected in the city, overlooked a peaceful courtyard. The location right by a Vaporetto station was convenient yet surprisingly quiet, making it a pleasant retreat in Venice.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I did experience some discomfort due to insect bites on my face. The location was excellent, right by the water bus stop and close to St Mark's Square, making it convenient for exploring Venice.
